Killer Whale is a psychedelic soul/indie-rock project led by musician Thomas Johnson, often associated with New Orleans and San Francisco. Known for its "Pontoon Soul" sound, the band blends dreamy surf rock, funk, and "freak folk" with laid-back, rhythmic grooves, featuring albums like Casual Crush and Tastes Like Yesterday.
